Duties and Responsibilities
- Leads the planning, execution, and closure of projects, ensuring delivery against defined objectives
- Develops and manages comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk management
- Assembles and guides cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability
- Monitors project performance and proactively addresses risks, issues, and changes
- Manages stakeholder communication to ensure alignment and visibility throughout the project lifecycle
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience or related field required
- Minimum of 3 years managing complex, cross-functional projects required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
Required Skills/Abilities
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
- Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or MURAL
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence without direct authority and drive cross-functional alignment
