Qualifications

• Valid PMP certification or equivalent project management training is a plus.
• 4-6 years of experience in project or major maintenance project management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across diverse stakeholders.
• Proven critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Oracle, Jira, P6 scheduling, and financial management tools is advantageous.
• Background in project coordination, construction administration, quality assurance/control, and procurement is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop project ideas into deliverable products for stage gate process.
• Set clear and attainable project objectives with input from stakeholders and sponsors.
• Oversee multi-discipline projects encompassing various engineering aspects.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, within budget, and on schedule.
• Document project requirements and facilitate development of stage deliverables.
• Manage project risks and communicate changes effectively with stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance in terms of cost, schedule, scope, and quality.
