Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT delivery/project management experience in application support or managed-services transitions.
• Hands-on experience with application transitions, including knowledge acquisition and go-live processes.
• Proven experience in managing and enhancing established production systems on a daily basis.
• Expertise in Java, Python, legacy VB6/Jython, and Oracle technologies - practical delivery experience required.
• PMP and/or Agile/Scrum certification with excellent client-facing communication skills.
• Demonstrated accountability for SLAs, governance, and multi-shore project delivery.
• Eligibility to work in the US and either based in or willing to relocate to V2Soft's Michigan office.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the transition plan, ensuring timely updates and reviews.
• Oversee end-to-end service delivery and manage SLA performance while reporting to the Client.
• Coordinate efforts between onshore and offshore teams, facilitating smooth handoffs.
• Manage project scope, risks, and enhancement backlogs to maintain delivery efficiency.
• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for the Client, providing focused accountability.
• Engage in after-hours on-call rotation for critical incident escalations.
