THE RUNDOWNPlayfly Sports is looking for a Project Manager within the Revenue Operations division to join our team in the Berwyn, PA Office. This role will be responsible for assisting with the oversight of various assigned projects and initiatives to facilitate the growth and success of our teams at Playfly.
WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Manage the full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Monitor progress of projects and ensure tasks are completed on time and according to requirements.
- Mitigate risks to project completion and communicate with key stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
- Facilitate project meetings, document decisions and action items.
- Assist with management and oversight of quality assurance and implementation needs as they pertain to projects being managed
- Facilitation of UAT
- Tracking of bug fixes, project enhancements and parking lot maintenance
- Other job-related duties as assigned
WHAT YOU'LL BRING- Bachelor's Degree required
- PMP or similar project management certificate a plus
- 5+ years experience in Project Management or related field
- Media experience a plus
- Familiarity with Salesforce a Plus
- Well-versed with Microsoft tools including Teams, Planner, and SharePoint
- Methodical Thinker / Problem Solver
- Strong multi-tasking abilities
TRAVEL, LIFTING, PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS - Minimal travel included (potential annual work offsites, potential to visit other offices across the country, etc.)
- Role is mainly done at a desk - all our offices have sitting/standing convertible desks.
