What You'll Do:
Manage and support multi-disciplinary planning projects, including transportation planning, hazard mitigation planning, and community-based initiatives
Coordinate project schedules, scopes, budgets, and staff assignments to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
Lead and participate in public engagement activities such as open houses, stakeholder meetings, workshops, and one-on-one discussions with community partners.
Develop, review, and manage planning documents, reports, policies, and guidance materials for public agencies and community stakeholders.
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, facilitating clear communication, managing expectations, and supporting long-term relationships.
Collaborate with federal, state, regional, and local agencies to ensure projects align with applicable regulations, policies, and funding requirements.
Conduct data collection, analysis, and synthesis using local, state, and federal sources to inform planning recommendations.
Utilize Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and mapping tools to support analysis and presentation of planning data.
Track trends, risks, and common gaps in planning efforts to identify opportunities for technical assistance, process improvement, and training.
Support proposal development, including technical writing, scope development, and coordination with project teams.

Salary Range:
The minimum salary for this position is $95,000.00.
