Full Job Description
Alpine Silica, a PF Holdings company based in Willow Park, TX, operates advanced facilities in key U.S. oil and gas regions like Haynesville, Eagle Ford, and Permian Basins. It produces frac sand and provides in-basin solutions to enhance efficiency for top oil and gas producers.

The Project Manager is responsible for designated projects and assignments for a particular division or department within the company. This position will provide oversight, guidance, coordination, and execute on projects of varying scope.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Manage portfolio of capital and expense intensive projects of varying scope in multi-state operational territory; currently TX, LA, and AR.
  • Establish goals, milestones, strategies, and implementation for all assigned projects.
  • Prepare, coordinate, and present all project related key performance indicators during project phases to department heads and senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with senior managers in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans to improve Safety, Reliability, Production, Profitability, or to complete ad hoc projects.
  • Collaborate with internal departments on vendor relationships, bid packages, work orders, purchase orders, and other project related requirements.


Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, related field, or equivalent experience.
  • PMP or other related certifications preferred.
  • 5+ years experience managing complex projects, capital improvement, or facility construction.
  • 5+ years experience utilizing advanced principles or practices of budgeting, accounting, procurement, supply chain, or related field to manage construction projects.
  • 3+ years experience working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics, using business management software (ex: NAV, ERP, CRM).


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Operates in plant based outdoor environments subject to inclement weather conditions.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% by land or air.
  • Ability to climb and work from heights up to 120 feet.
  • Ability to wear common protective or safety equipment such as safety shoes, glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and hard hats when needed.
  • Ability to operate and drive assigned company vehicles.
  • Ability to work evening and weekend as required as job duties demand.
  • Ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
