Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Project Manager to join our fire business unit.
Primary Responsibilities:- Supervise all facets of the JFK job including Terminals 1 & 6
- Scheduling, Liaison between EC and GC, Applicable Change Orders, Percentage of Completion (Revenue Recognition)
- Perform pre-sales or post-award engineering assessments to provide our sales force with the most cost-effective solution for both material and labor
- Prepare submittals and permitting documents as well as O&M Manuals and As-Builts upon job completion
- Communicating with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals
- Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
- Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
- Management and logistical support of multiple ongoing projects
- Manpower coordination/Sub-contractor management
- Permitting and inspection coordination with AHJ
Basic Qualifications- HS Diploma or GED
- Minimum 10 years' experience project management large jobs
- Customer service experience
- NYCFD S-98
- Knowledge of NYC FD code requirements
- Valid Driver License required
Pay Range: The salary range for this position is
$100,000-$120,000 annually. The starting salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, and internal equity. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.
