Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in managing commercial construction projects.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field.
• Experience in construction management specifically for Public Works Projects.
• Advanced knowledge of construction management processes and methods.
• Expertise in building products, construction details, and related regulations.
• Familiarity with commercial building construction processes and scheduling software.
• Strong conflict and crisis management abilities.
• Excellent leadership, time, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct construction projects from start to finish.
• Organize and process project documentation including RFIs and submittals.
• Review and schedule project deliverables and estimate costs.
• Monitor compliance with building and safety regulations on-site and off-site.
• Coordinate construction workers and subcontractors, and lead weekly meetings.
• Prepare regular reports on job status for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactively plan to prevent and resolve issues during construction.
• Negotiate project agreement terms and maintain budget integrity.
