OverviewTHE ROLE
The Position: The Project Manager, Operations Transformation leads multi-site manufacturing improvement initiatives focused on productivity, throughput, labor optimization, and operational standardization. This role is responsible for delivering enterprise manufacturing improvements across multiple facilities.
Responsibilities
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional manufacturing transformation projects
- Drive improvements involving throughput, cycle time, labor productivity, and equipment efficiency
- Coordinate execution across multiple manufacturing locations
- Develop standardized implementation plans
- Partner with plant leadership to ensure execution alignment
- Identify operational risks and mitigation strategies
- Monitor project performance and milestone achievement
- Ensure measurable operational outcomes are achieved
- Deliver measurable financial and operational improvements tied to project objectives
- Drive execution across functions, not just technical solutioning
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
YOUR SKILLS & ABILITIES (REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- Experience:8-12+ years of experience in manufacturing operations or project leadership
- Experience leading plant-level or multi-site initiatives
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
- Proven ability to manage complex operational projects
- Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
- Experience in automation deployment preferred
- Experience in production system optimization preferred
- Travel: Up to 50%
