The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, operationally strong, and comfortable working across Product, Technology, Operations, Compliance, Customer Service, and external vendors in a fast-paced environment.

Project & Program Execution
  • Drive end-to-end delivery across multiple concurrent operational and technical initiatives
  • Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, dependencies, and ownership tracking
  • Ensure projects remain aligned to business priorities and operational goals
  • Proactively identify risks, blockers, and gaps, and drive mitigation plans

Team Coordination & Operational Management
  • Lead stand-ups, planning sessions, project reviews, and cross-functional working sessions
  • Drive accountability across teams for updates, timelines, Jira hygiene, and deliverables
  • Ensure clear visibility into project status, workload, risks, and progress
  • Partner closely with Operations, Product, Engineering, Compliance, Data, and Customer Service teams

Reporting & Visibility
  • Build and maintain executive-ready reporting on project health, timelines, risks, KPIs, and delivery status
  • Track operational metrics, execution trends, and team performance indicators
  • Provide structured updates to leadership and escalate issues when needed

Process Improvement & Governance
  • Improve project intake, prioritization, execution tracking, and operational workflows
  • Help establish scalable operating models, governance processes, and delivery standards
  • Maintain clear project documentation, meeting notes, decisions, and action tracking
  • Drive consistency across Jira, Monday, and other operational tooling

Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as a key operational liaison across technical and business teams
  • Facilitate alignment between stakeholders with competing priorities
  • Ensure communication is proactive, transparent, and actionable

What are we looking for?
  • 7-10+ years of project/program management experience in a fast-paced operational or technology environment
  • Experience managing cross-functional initiatives involving technical, operational, and business stakeholders
  • Strong organizational, execution, and operational leadership skills
  • Proven ability to drive accountability and structure across teams
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and project governance
  • Experience with Jira, Monday.com, Confluence, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar tools
  • Comfortable working through ambiguity and building scalable processes
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
  • Experience in gaming, sportsbook, casino, fintech, customer operations, or regulated industries is strongly preferred
  • PMP or equivalent certification is a plus

  • Teams operate with stronger execution discipline and accountability
  • Leadership has reliable visibility into risks, progress, and operational health
  • Operational processes become more scalable, proactive, and structured
  • Cross-functional initiatives move faster with less ambiguity and fewer blockers
