Project ManagerPosition Overview The Project Manager will oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, knowledge of construction processes, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Lead project planning sessions and coordinate project activities.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders regarding project progress and updates.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Prepare and present project reports and documentation to stakeholders.
- Facilitate meetings and ensure effective collaboration among project teams.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a project manager in the industrial or construction sector.
- Knowledge of steel construction processes and AISC standards preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
