Full Job Description

Join our team as a Project Manager and play a key role in delivering world-class electrical solutions! You will be responsible for leading a diverse set of projects from beginning to post-delivery. You will make sure each project is completed flawlessly. Collaborating with our engineers, you will develop and approve Structural and Electrical Design Packages. You will maintain the high quality of every project.

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
  • Manage project achievements to ensure timely and budget-conscious completion.

  • Coordinate build evaluations and approvals with our dedicated CAD and Structural Development Engineers.

  • Implement change and quality management processes to maintain our outstanding standards.

  • Monitor supply chains and schedules to proactively address any potential delays.

  • Partner with shop supervisors, Site, and Delivery Coordinators to guarantee timely production and safe delivery.

  • Serve as the primary customer liaison, providing outstanding post-delivery service and support.

  • Prepare and issue change orders, working seamlessly with the Estimating Department and Finance team.


YOU HAVE:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field, preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.

  • Electrical experience or Project Management experience in Manufacturing/Commercial/Industrial/Construction electrical projects, preferred.

  • Knowledge of electrical wiring, components, and schematics is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

  • Previous experience in transmission & distribution, oil & gas, or sheet metal build industries is a plus.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface and influence at all levels.

  • Strong leadership and project management skills.

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with AutoCAD preferred.

  • Experience with Epicor or comparable ERP system software.
