Job DescriptionJob Title: Project ManagerPosition OverviewWe're seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Manager to support our Innovation Team in driving key initiatives that enhance the digital experience and technology adoption for our hospital care teams. This role will play a critical part in coordinating projects, ensuring timely execution, and facilitating communication across teams.
Reporting to the Program Manager, you'll work closely with product professionals, clinicians, engineers, and hospital teams to help scale and implement innovative technologies that improve pet care.
Key Responsibilities- Project Coordination: Support the Program Manager in executing key projects by managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring alignment with broader program goals.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including hospital teams, product managers, and IT, to drive project progress and resolve roadblocks.
- Communication & Reporting: Provide clear updates on project status, risks, and milestones to key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Process & Organization: Manage documentation, project plans, and reporting tools to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
- Task Management: Assist in content management, survey distribution, tracking issues escalated to the product team, and other operational needs.

Preferred Qualifications- 1-3 years of experience in project management, operations, or a similar role.
- Experience in healthcare, veterinary medicine, or multi-site businesses is a plus.
- Strong proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Smartsheet) is preferred.
- PMP or other certifications are not required but are a plus.

Compensation & FLSA StatusBase salary: $90,000-100,000
FLSA Status: Exempt, Salaried
Temporary: This position is expected to last 18 months to 2 years depending on business needs. The position is eligible for benefits.
