Position OverviewWe are seeking a Project Manager to oversee infrastructure rehabilitation projects that require both
field leadership and office-based project coordination. This role is hands-on in nature and is responsible for ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and on schedule while managing planning, reporting, and communication from the office.
This position is a balance of
on-site field oversight and operational project management.

What You'll DoField Responsibilities:- Oversee field teams, subcontractors, and on-site activities
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, safety, and quality standards
- Ensure work is completed according to project specifications and timelines
- Troubleshoot issues directly in the field as they arise
Office / Operations Responsibilities:- Manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners
- Track project progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Prepare updates, reports, and project status communications
- Support planning and execution of infrastructure rehabilitation projects
Required Qualifications- 3+ years of project management experience (construction, infrastructure, facilities, or field operations preferred)
- Experience supervising or coordinating field teams or contractors
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in both field environments and office settings
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
