  • Coordinate logistics for equipment, materials, and crew effectively

Full Job Description
Position Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee infrastructure rehabilitation projects that require both field leadership and office-based project coordination. This role is hands-on in nature and is responsible for ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and on schedule while managing planning, reporting, and communication from the office.

This position is a balance of on-site field oversight and operational project management.

• Charleston, SC
• Boiling Springs, SC (Greenville-Spartanburg area)

What You'll Do

Field Responsibilities:
  • Oversee field teams, subcontractors, and on-site activities
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, safety, and quality standards
  • Ensure work is completed according to project specifications and timelines
  • Troubleshoot issues directly in the field as they arise

Office / Operations Responsibilities:
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners
  • Track project progress and maintain accurate documentation
  • Prepare updates, reports, and project status communications
  • Support planning and execution of infrastructure rehabilitation projects

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of project management experience (construction, infrastructure, facilities, or field operations preferred)
  • Experience supervising or coordinating field teams or contractors
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working in both field environments and office settings
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
