Qualifications

• 4-year engineering/construction management degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in construction, design, finance, and management
• 3-5 years specifically on water or wastewater plant projects
• Ability to apply innovative management techniques to enhance employee performance
• Deep understanding of corporate and industry standards and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong business orientation and proven judgment in project management.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain liaison with clients and A/E contacts to facilitate project activities
• Monitor and control construction progress through on-site direction
• Represent the company in project meetings and labor negotiations
• Manage financial aspects of contracts to safeguard the company's interests
• Collaborate with project team to complete Management Administration Plan
• Ensure adherence to safe work practices among direct reports
• Provide leadership and technical support to project engineers and superintendents
• Procure subcontractors and materials through Purchase Agreements and Subcontracts
• Support Change Management, Cost Estimating, and Scheduling efforts.
