Project Manager to lead client relationships and project delivery for world-class experiential spaces. You'll guide one to two projects or collaborate on larger teams, ensuring each is completed on time, on budget, and on brand.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee design development, integrating drafting, graphics, interactives, and other elements while maintaining budget goals
- Coordinate subcontractors and supply-only packages, ensuring timely progress and compliance
- Lead project meetings, track milestones, and maintain alignment with timelines and expectations
- Manage production flow to synchronize with installation phases and minimize delays
- Monitor and update cost-tracking schedules to reflect current financial positions
- Prepare detailed progress reports for internal and client presentations
- Compile Operation & Maintenance manuals
- Support financial oversight on assigned projects
About You:- 5+ years managing multi-phase projects in construction, architecture, or exhibits
- Deep technical knowledge of millwork, interior finishes, and showcase fabrication - especially for museum-grade builds
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication and written documentation abilities
- Collaborative and adaptable across teams and stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
