About the Role:

Do you thrive on orchestrating complex architectural builds? Excited by the challenge of managing intricate creative projects from concept through installation? Kubik Maltbie is looking for a seasoned Project Manager to lead client relationships and project delivery for world-class experiential spaces. You'll guide one to two projects or collaborate on larger teams, ensuring each is completed on time, on budget, and on brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee design development, integrating drafting, graphics, interactives, and other elements while maintaining budget goals
  • Coordinate subcontractors and supply-only packages, ensuring timely progress and compliance
  • Lead project meetings, track milestones, and maintain alignment with timelines and expectations
  • Manage production flow to synchronize with installation phases and minimize delays
  • Monitor and update cost-tracking schedules to reflect current financial positions
  • Prepare detailed progress reports for internal and client presentations
  • Compile Operation & Maintenance manuals
  • Support financial oversight on assigned projects


About You:
