Project Manager
Key Responsibilities:- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure quality standards and compliance requirements are met.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering.
- Proven experience managing projects in a similar role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience utilizing project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira).
Work Environment:This role may require occasional travel and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
