Qualifications

• Excellent communication abilities for building client relationships.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
• Ability to interpret electrical blueprints and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making under pressure.
• Knowledge of current industry trends, codes, and regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred, but experience is accepted.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage electrical construction for mission-critical and data center projects from start to finish.
• Direct daily operations of the current data center project and assign tasks to team members.
• Develop project schedules, ensuring completion within budget and on time.
• Monitor and control costs, handling change orders and cost overruns.
• Establish client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Collaborate with teams, contractors, and vendors to meet quality and safety standards.
• Review and approve project plans, budgets, and schedules, making adjustments as necessary.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams for resource optimization.
• Conduct regular project meetings to update on status, risks, and milestones.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Identify and proactively mitigate potential project risks or issues.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reporting.
