Full Job Description
milkrite | InterPuls is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives within our manufacturing operations environment.
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in dynamic settings and is ready to grow into broader operational leadership responsibilities as the business evolves.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and execute complex projects within a manufacturing environment, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and budget
  • Orchestrate initiatives and effectively communicate amongst cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, HR, and Finance
  • Identify risks and drive mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery
  • Partner closely with operations teams to ensure seamless execution and minimal disruption to production
  • Manage external vendors, contractors, and service providers as needed
  • Track and report project progress, KPIs, and key milestones to leadership
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
  • This position will lead to an expanded leadership scope and influence as part of our long-term operations strategy.

What We're Looking For

Experience
  • 5-7+ years of experience in:
    • Project management within a manufacturing or industrial environment and/or
    • Manufacturing/operations leadership with project responsibility
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Exposure to plant operations, production environments, or industrial settings
