This NTT DATA Project Manager (Mergers, Acquisitions & Divestitures) role is a senior healthcare IT project management position supporting Ascension's acquisition, merger, and divestiture initiatives.

Position Overview

Title: Project Manager, Mergers Acquisitions & Divestitures (MAD)

The Project Manager will lead technology integration and separation efforts for hospitals, clinics, and ambulatory facilities during mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. The role focuses on ensuring infrastructure, network, telecommunications, security, and clinical technology systems are ready for transaction Go-Live milestones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end technology integration and divestiture projects.
  • Create and maintain project plans, WBS, RAID logs, budgets, and financial tracking in ServiceNow SPM.
  • Lead project meetings, status reporting, retrospectives, and stakeholder communications.
  • Coordinate multiple workstreams including:
    • Network Infrastructure
    • Telecommunications
    • Facilities Technology
    • Clinical Communication Systems
    • Physical Security
    • Vendors and Managed Service Providers
  • Track project financials, purchase orders, invoices, and budget variances.
  • Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring project timelines are met.
  • Support pre-acquisition due diligence through post-Go-Live stabilization.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience.
  • Healthcare IT or healthcare infrastructure project experience.
  • Experience managing:
    • Mergers, Acquisitions, or Divestitures
    • Large-scale facility integrations
    • Network and telecommunications projects
  • Knowledge of PMP methodologies.
  • Experience with:
