Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering required
• 5+ years of experience with projects valued at $50M+ in various sectors
• Strong background in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Advanced understanding of MEP construction principles
• Experience managing subcontracts and subcontractors
• Proven leadership in project team development and external relationship management

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Director and Estimating to create a Project Chart of Accounts
• Develop and maintain detailed Project Contract status reports
• Work with Project Superintendent to create a project site logistics plan
• Ensure thorough understanding of McCarthy/Owner contracts
• Oversee and manage the pay request process
• Monitor project costs and Job Cost Reports
• Analyze and forecast quarterly Total Cost Projections
• Implement and oversee training for all personnel
• Review, approve, and manage material and equipment needs
• Support Estimating in bidding processes
• Implement safety and affirmative action programs
• Lead project quality control processes
• Prepare and lead project close-out activities
• Foster strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and owners
• Train and mentor the MEP project team
