IMAQ Resources, LLC is seeking an onsite Project Manager to set the overall strategy and objectives for contract execution. The Project Manager aligns the outcome of all work with the organization's overall business goals. The PM ensures project teams have the resources they need, establishes budgets and allocates people and technical resources, as needed. The PM meets frequently with the Contracting Officer, Contracting Officer's Representative and other Government personnel to discuss performance and work requirements, assess costs and plan for future support activities.
Primary/Major Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):- Set the overall strategy and objectives; align the outcome of all work with the organization's overall business goals
- Ensure project teams have the resources they need, establish budgets and allocate people and technical resources as needed
- Establish priorities within the overall program and allocate resources in line with those priorities
- Identify tasks common to a number of projects and ensure teams do not duplicate work
- Ensure timely completion and quality of deliverables
- Final authority on all purchases, financial transactions, and obligations
- Protect the health and welfare of all contractor personnel, and ensure compliance with OSHA requirements and environmental laws and directives
- Meet frequently with the Contracting Officer (KO), Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and other Government personnel to discuss performance and work requirements, assess costs, and plan for future support activities
- Demonstrate a commitment to Safety First Environment through personal actions and mentoring project staff. Establish Corrective Action Plans to resolve quality and safety issues as they arise
- Enforce all company policies and safety regulations.
- Prepares statements of work (SOW)/rough orders of magnitude (ROM)/project estimates in response to additional work requirements. Provide budget and capital equipment requirements to Manager, Contracts and Base Services as required.
- Develop a monthly and annual work plan, which identifies goals and expected accomplishments.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications and Experience:- 4+ years of mid to senior level management and organizational experience and support (within the past 7 years) as a first-line supervisor directing personnel responsible for the accomplishment of building operations, maintenance and repair work.
- Management experience with million dollar budgets or projects, large facilities that encompass 10 - 15 buildings on a large campus setting, supporting a building population of approximately 2,700 or greater.
- Ability to develop and apply organizational performance support, strategic planning, and interact with high-level government officials.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and various other computer programs including email and websites programs.
