Job Title:- Project Manager-Marketing Services

Position Overview:-

The Project Manager - Marketing Services is responsible for leading the successful delivery of integrated marketing initiatives across SEO and Content, Analytics, and Paid Media for a portfolio of enterprise clients. This role requires a highly organized and client-focused project manager who can coordinate cross-functional teams and vendor partners, manage timelines and budgets, oversee project governance, and ensure marketing programs are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.

Working closely with account management, strategists, analysts, SEO executives, content specialists, media teams, external vendors, and clients, the Project Manager will oversee campaign planning, reporting, optimization initiatives, and operational delivery while ensuring alignment with client objectives and business goals.

Location:-

This role requires 3 days per week in office. The office is located in the GTA area at 2001 Sheppard Ave E, Suite #800, North York, ON M2J 5B4.

Responsibilities:-
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of SEO, Content, Analytics, and Paid Media projects across multiple client accounts.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, resource schedules, RAID logs, and delivery roadmaps.
  • Manage multiple concurrent marketing initiatives while ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project communications, providing clients and internal stakeholders with regular status updates.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including SEO, Content Specialists, Paid Media Managers, Analytics Consultants, Creative, Content, and Account Services.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors and media partners, coordinating deliverables, timelines, and follow-ups across active campaigns.
  • Track open action items and vendor-owned deliverables (e.g. platform access, creative approvals, campaign launches, billing or invoicing questions), and proactively flag anything at risk of slipping.
  • Own vendor communications end-to-end: scheduling and running vendor check-ins, documenting decisions and next steps, and distributing follow-ups to internal and client stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, identify delivery risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful execution.
  • Facilitate project kick-offs, planning sessions, status meetings, and retrospective discussions.
  • Support campaign launches, reporting cycles, optimization initiatives, and ongoing marketing operations.
  • Ensure project governance documentation, meeting notes, decision logs, and action trackers remain accurate and up to date across both internal and vendor-facing workstreams.
  • Track project budgets, resource utilization, and overall project health while supporting forecasting and commercial reporting.
  • Manage scope changes, project dependencies, and competing priorities across multiple client engagements and vendor relationships.
  • Escalate vendor performance, scope, or timeline issues to the appropriate internal and client stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Drive continuous improvements in project management processes and delivery best practices.
  • Build strong client and vendor relationships through proactive communication, transparency, and consistent execution excellence.


Requirements:-
  • 4-6 years of experience in project management in marketing operations within a digital marketing agency or consulting environment.
  • Experience supporting SEO, Content, Paid Media, Analytics, or integrated digital marketing programs.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing workflows, campaign lifecycles, reporting processes, and optimization initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience working directly with enterprise clients and external vendors or media partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, vendor relationships, and competing deliverables simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills, including tracking vendor-owned action items to closure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience coordinating updates across internal teams, clients, and vendors.
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience using project management and collaboration tools including Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, Teams, and Slack.


Preferred Experience:-
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Experience working with enterprise clients across North America.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Adobe Analytics Suite, Tag Management Tools (GTM or Adobe Launch), Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Search Console, SEMrush, Looker Studio, or similar marketing platforms.
  • Experience working with teams who develop SEO audits, technical SEO initiatives, content optimization projects, paid search campaigns, paid social campaigns, and analytics implementations.
  • Experience coordinating reporting deliverables, dashboards, performance reviews, and optimization roadmaps across internal teams and external vendors.
  • Experience managing vendor or media partner relationships, including onboarding, access coordination, and ongoing performance check-ins.
  • Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Retail, Financial Services, Travel, or Loyalty industry experience is considered an asset.
  • PMP, CAPM, Agile, or Scrum certification is considered an asset.
