What you will enjoy doing*

  • In this role you will be responsible for leading and delivering capital projects within our manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for managing projects from concept through execution and closeout, ensuring alignment with business objectives, safety standards, budget, and timeline commitments
  • You will primarily support our Orangeburg plant leading end-to-end execution of capital projects (equipment installations, facility upgrades, process improvements, expansions) with ad hoc support for our France and Asia locations
  • You will conduct feasibility studies, assess staffing needs, compile cost and equipment requirements, and prepare appropriation requests.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, maintenance, quality, Safety, and external vendors
  • Proactively identifies project risks and designsand implements solutions that align with economic, workforce, and environmentalpriorities
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost optimization
  • Monitor project performance and proactively resolve issues to avoid delays or cost overruns
  • Provide clear communication and reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders
