Job Description:

The Advanced Operation Technologies team is seeking a Project Manager to support automation and digital factory, focusing on meeting cost, schedule, and technical performance goals to improve manufacturing processes and facilities. This individual will work within a matrix organization, aligning high level objectives with detailed plans.

Essential Functions:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing engineers, procurement, scheduling and finance to achieve key performance metrics.
• Support proposal activities, including estimating and writing basis of estimates.
• Review status of engineering projects and budgets, manage schedules, drive execution, identify risks and opportunities, and deliver results.
• Present project status information to internal and external leadership teams.
• Provide input to the Integrated Master Schedule
• Proficiency with MS Office suite of tools, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field with a minimum of 4 years of prior project mgmt related experience; or a Graduate Degree with 2 years of prior project mgmt related experience; or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of prior project mgmt related experience.
• Active Secret clearance required on day 1.

Preferred Additional Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Earned Value Management Experience including baseline activities, estimates at complete and variance analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Project.
• Experience or knowledge of purchase order process and NDA's (Non-Disclosure Agreements)
• Previous experience in aerospace or defense industry
• Experience with Automation or Digital Factory projects
