Urban Infraconstruction is looking for a Project Manager to join our Heavy Civil department
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and constructed with superior quality and safety.
- A primary point of contact for leadership and other coordinators throughout the project.
- Supervise employees who work under the controller in preparing financial reports and budgets.
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, requirements, meeting minutes, and other relevant records.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
- At least 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction projects.
- Proficient with project management tools and software.
- Valid Drivers licenses
