As a Project Manager, you will help shape the future of Ontario's communities by steering land development and municipal engineering projects from planning to delivery. You'll coordinate multidisciplinary teams, guide client communication, support approvals, and strengthen your project management expertise as you take on elevated leadership responsibility.

Your Impact
  • Lead day-to-day planning, coordination, and delivery of multidisciplinary land development projects across residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors.
  • Drive client communication, strengthen trusted relationships, and ensure expectations, risks, and project decisions are clearly understood.
  • Support and mentor project teams, empowering junior staff and reinforcing a collaborative, high-performing environment.
  • Coordinate internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain alignment on scope, progress, and technical requirements.
  • Track and maintain project schedules, budgets, resourcing, financial performance, and key deliverables.
  • Help guide municipal and agency approvals, leveraging WSP's established relationships across Ontario.
  • Contribute to proposal development, growth strategies, and business development initiatives.
  • Support quality control, risk management, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Grow your own leadership capabilities in a dynamic, supportive, and self-driven work environment.

The Skills That Set You Apart
  • 8+ years of experience in land development or municipal engineering, including exposure to project management responsibilities.
  • Eligibility for or possession of P.Eng. in Ontario.
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and navigating complex land development processes.
  • Strong understanding of Ontario's municipal approvals landscape.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and digital delivery practices.
  • PMP certification is an asset.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset and the ability to lead with clarity and empathy.
  • A strong professional network within the land development sector.
  • Valid Ontario driver's licence (or ability to obtain).

Compensation:
  • AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT:$104,100 - $138,000
  • MB & ON:$95,000 - $130,800
  • NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC:$94,100 - $124,900
