Full Job Description
The Project Manager position is located in our Lanham, MD office and will be responsible for providing direct supervision and mentoring of design staff, including team engineers and designers. This position will also be responsible for providing mentoring, client contact, as well as handling project financials, profitability and client satisfaction. Essential job functions include:
  • Client management, project management
  • Leadership and mentoring of staff
  • Staff supervision, quality control, workload and staff planning
  • Development of proposals
  • Maintenance of project schedules, budgets, and invoicing
