Job Description & Skill Requirement:
  • Years of Experience: 13~15 yrs.
  • Has good understanding of Engine line.
  • Experience in:
  • Engine Die cast line equipments and specification document creation.
  • Engine Die cast machining line equipments and specification document creation.
  • Engine Assembly line equipments and specification document creation.
  • Pneumatic/Hydraulic drawings for the equipment functions.
  • Concept building using solidwork.
  • Experience in taking design from concept through manufacturing and installation.
  • ble to perform basic engineering calculations to size machine components.
  • ble to analyze problems and implement improvements in existing designs and equipment.
  • Responsible for leading end-to-end execution.
  • Project management experience
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, resource planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Coordinate withcustomer Production Engineering teams, equipment suppliers, and global vendors to ensure on-time equipment procurement, installation, and production readiness.
  • Drive FAT, SAT, commissioning, production trials, and launch support activities.
  • SOFTWARES: Catia v5, Solidworks, AutoCAD (MUST), MS OFFICE (MUST)

Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
