CGI Montréal is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams, oversee security projects, and ensure that deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. In this role, you will serve as the primary communication and coordination point between internal teams, key stakeholders, and external partners, translating strategy into successful execution. Your future duties and responsibilities:• Ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with the strategic objectives of the organization and / or business unit
• Develop project plans and validate/refine resource plans
• Perform contribution requests for all project contributors
• Ensure requested resources are approved and assigned to projects, and manage resource change requests if applicable
• Ensure efficient delivery of standard PMO deliverables
• Be responsible and accountable for all aspects of project delivery, including but not limited to:
-- Contribution to updates of the business case, prerequisites, and project sheet
-- Management of scope, schedule, budget, risks, change requests, quality, issues, procurement activities, and bottlenecks
-- Tasks assignment
-- Management of project interdependencies
-- Validation of invoices from external supplieres
-- Preparation and presentation of status reports to the sponsor and Steering Committee(s), and communicating project information to the PMO
-- Presentation of the project to various committees
-- Preparation and presentation of materials required at project approval gates and phase transitions
-- Coordination and support of the transition to operations (implementation, post-implementation, etc.)
-- Ensuring compliance with established processes: weekly status in the system, creation of change requests (CRs) for any project modifications, adherence to approved templates, etc.
• Ensure approval of all key deliverables and adherence to the PMO project management methodology and framework
• Oversee all contributors assigned to the project (business analysts, application managers, integration solution architects, HR teams, communications teams, and other collaborators) and approve timesheets
• Make decisions regarding project management and content by consulting key team members and other stakeholders
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing large-scale security projects
• Experience delivering cybersecurity-focused initiatives, including SaaS, Cloud, and Endpoint Security projects
• Knowledge of the Google environment/ecosystem
• Experience with the CrowdStrike and/or SAP cybersecurity ecosystem is considered an asset
• Recognized project management certification (PMP, ACP, PSM, etc.) is considered an asset
• Proven ability to mobilize and lead teams, communicate clear expectations, and provide the support required to achieve project objectives
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas, actively listen, and effectively synthesize information
• Strong initiative and resourcefulness in obtaining required information, clarifying situations, and establishing effective work structures
• Ability to assess the significance and risk level of situations to make appropriate decisions
• Ability to prioritize, develop resource plans, monitor project progress, and ensure activities are properly documented
• Ability to define business unit activities, establish action plans, collaborate on implementation, and evaluate results and work processes
• Strong problem-solving skills to assess complex situations, identify root causes, explore potential solutions, and formulate recommendations
• Strong attention to detail and discipline in following established procedures and work methods
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English (spoken, written)

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is 80 000$ et 155 000$. This role is an existing vacancy.
