Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in engineering, sciences, or related fields preferred.
• 5+ years' experience in industrial services, hydro blasting, or chemical cleaning.
• Experience in cost estimating and using computer systems.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and efficiently.
• Demonstrated strong customer management and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational skills with effective record keeping.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Guide subordinates to achieve project budget goals.
• Lead credit and collections processes for managed business units.
• Offer engineering and technical support to service offices as needed.
• Take ownership of project finances and documentation as the main point of contact.
• Support proposal preparation, cost estimating, and subcontractor selection.
• Enforce health & safety policies and collaborate with leadership on issue resolution.
• Ensure financial documentation reflects the project’s health accurately.
