Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in construction.
• Experience directing craft labor (Foreman/Superintendent) and knowledge of construction methods/materials.
• Proficiency in Viewpoint Vista, HCSS Heavy Job, Microsoft 365, and industry scheduling software.
• Strong leadership with the ability to plan projects over a 1-2 year horizon.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams, subcontractors, and equipment logistics to meet quality, schedule, and cost objectives.
• Partner with the Safety Director to exceed safety goals and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Manage the full project lifecycle including scheduling, cost management, and contract claims.
• Review proposals to determine staffing needs and resource allocation; maintain project schedules.
• Maintain relationships with project owners and architects, managing change orders and invoicing.
• Champion the development of Superintendents and Project Engineers through mentorship.
