- Assist in the planning, implementation, and execution of healthcare projects to support organizational goals and strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and barriers, and implement corrective actions to maintain project success.
- Analyze healthcare data, performance metrics, and operational trends to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, status reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
- Track project budgets, timelines, and resource utilization to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Facilitate meetings, communicate project updates, and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute information and recommendations to strategic planning, operational reviews, and organizational improvement initiatives.

Minimum Required Education, Experience & Skills - Bachelor's degree preferred (Industrial Engineer, Business, Healthcare, or related field).
- 2-4 years of experience in project management or program coordination.
- Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project, Planner).
