DUTIES: Lead enterprise IT infrastructure operations & ensure high availability, performance, & service delivery excellence; manage end-user device lifecycle, endpoint enggg (Intune/JAMF), & patch compliance across the organization; drive automation, AI integration (ZIF), & process improvements to enhance operational efficiency; oversee ITIL-based incident, change, & release mgmnt, including handling critical P1 issues & root cause analysis; & lead global teams, vendors, & infrastructure projects while ensuring security, compliance, & stakeholder alignment. SALARY INFORMATION: $ 222,768.00 REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Information Systems, Electronics Engineering Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related field. 5 years of experience in job offered or in related occupations of Project Manager, Manager- Customer success, Lead Engineer, Senior Engineer, or related. Duties entail work with ITSM, Active Directory, Exchange Server, Azure, Intune, JAMF, Qualy. Travel to client sites may be required.
