- Leading project workstreams that support acquisition, sustainment, and industrial base priorities for federal defense clients
- Analyzing supply chain, market, contract, budgeting, programming, and industrial base data to identify risks, opportunities, and investment priorities
- Developing assessments, policy recommendations, and implementation approaches to strengthen supply chain resilience and supplier base performance
- Managing day-to-day client interactions, project plans, budgets, deliverables, issue resolution, and stakeholder alignment across engagements
- Preparing executive-level briefings, findings, and recommendations for senior government leaders and mission stakeholders

Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience; or Master's degree with 8+ years of experience
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Active Secret security clearance
- 15+ years of experience:
- Supporting federal acquisition, sustainment, industrial base, supply chain, program management, or consulting engagements
- Leading projects, client engagements, work plans, budgets, deliverables, performance reviews, and issue resolution
- Analyzing supply chain, industrial base, contract, budgeting, programming, labor, census, or commercial data to support strategic decision-making
- Writing policy, procedures, assessments, and recommendations for senior government stakeholders
- Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Preferred:
- Master's degree
- Experience working in a government contracting environment or program executive office
- Experience with International Traffic in Arms Regulations, Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States, or Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence
- Experience with industrial engineering, smart manufacturing, Industry 4.0, Internet of Things, model-based systems engineering, or digital twin
- Experience identifying supply chain or industrial base risks and mitigation actions
- Acquisition certification or completion of Contracting Officer training

This compensation range is specific to Virginia and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $125,000 to $229,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
