Title: Project Manager III-R&DShakopee, Minnesota
General SummaryAs a Project Manager III, R&D, you will help build a cross-functional team that works as a collaborative unit towards common goals. In this role, you will partner on cross-product and cross-team initiatives working on CPO/ScaleUp & Connectors R&D products. As you partner with team members, you will refine and develop our projects through ideation, development, validation, production readiness to full market launches.
Duties & Responsibilities- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate resources and activities across engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain teams.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues.
- Communicate project status, key decisions, and recovery plans to stakeholders and leadership.
- Monitor project budgets, commitments, and performance metrics.
- Drive accountability for action items and project deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with PMO processes and project governance requirements.

Required Qualifications for Consideration- 6-8 years of project or product management experience.
- Project management experience and an understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Experience in leading, forming, influencing and managing teams.
- Exposure to New Product development processes within and governed by the organization.
- Experience with financial data and project financial indicators, such as project budget tracking and reporting.
- Initiator/motivator; pro-active attitude and a sense of urgency with a drive to get results.
- Demonstrated organizational, problem-solving, analytical and decision-making ability.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both in written and verbal form, conflict resolution, presentation and facilitation skills with all associate and Management levels.
- Considerable experience with computer applications, including PC-based business applications and project management software. i.e. SAP, MS Office.
- Ability to travel as needed for up to 10% of the work period.
- Be able to work in the Shakopee, MN facility five days a week.
Desirable Qualifications Job Specifications- PMP certification preferred.
- Ability to work independently; self-starter.
- Masters Degree in Business or Project Management.
- Experience working in AI Datacenters is a plus.
Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. The expected salary range for this position is $103,000 - $130,000 based on hired level and experience. The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company's Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.
