- Client's network transformation will be critical for all our future connectivity businesses including new products such as IoT, 5G, and future smart cities.

- Coordinating the delivery process to provide timely deployment of projects.

- Coordinate and schedule resources across multiple organizations to align project requirements with business goals and objectives.
- Identify, monitor, report and escalate project-related issues to achieve timely resolution.
- Develop and implement corrective action plans to mitigate impact to project schedules and overall business objectives.
- Utilize project tracking tools and systems to accurately document milestones completions, project issues, corrective action plans, project jeopardies, and overall project completions.
- Demonstrate professionalism by responding to e-mails promptly, actively participating in meetings, ability to explain issues clearly, providing updates, maintaining records, working with other departments, and understanding the impact of their job to the overall business.
- Create program Reporting and leadership Readouts
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain project schedules and calendars with the input and assistance of transition leads
- Facilitate team meetings, providing meeting minutes and action items where needed
- Build strong communication channels with internal stakeholders in various departments.
- Track tasks assigned to the project team and prepare regular status reports
- Responsible for tracking project changes and producing updated schedules
- Gather and report performance measurement of on-going progress.
- Ensure smooth communication within the project team and other cross-functional teams
- Interface with internal/external stakeholders on a regular basis
Client is looking for: Candidate will need to have: - BS/BA in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics or 5 or more years of work experience.
- Experience in the wireless telecom industry.
- Excellent verbal, written, analytical and communication skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Must be well organized and able to work under time pressure.
- Ability to work independently with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong technical and project management knowledge.
- Strong project planning and time management.
- Knowledge and experience with the full suite of Google Workspace, including data analytical features such as PivotTable and VLOOKUP.
Even better if candidates have one or more of the following: - BS/BA in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics.
- Transport knowledge
- Ability to manage changing priorities, competing priorities, and situations in which guidelines can change.
- Experience on tools such as : Fuze, Tableau, Sev One, CND
- Engineering, Planning, and/or Operations knowledge of 5G Wireless Networks.
- Knowledge of HUB, CRAN & DRAN architecture.
- Power, Space and Cooling knowledge.
- VCP Orchestration Experience.
- Bandwidth upgrade experience.
- Microwave installs and decom experience
- Samsung RAN equipment Knowledge.
- CIQ Knowledge.
- IP Assignment and Troubleshooting Experience
- NNI upgrades
Pay Range: $60hr - $65hr on w2
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
