Candidate will be doing:
  • Client is investing in its network to improve the way we live, work, and communicate.
  • Client's network transformation will be critical for all our future connectivity businesses including new products such as IoT, 5G, and future smart cities.
  • As part of this network transformation, you will help build one network engineered for growth for all lines of business.
  • This position is highly demanding, fast-paced, and requires exceptional time management and communications skills.
  • Weigh the pros and cons, including impact to the system, costs, compatibility, ease of use, reliability, timing parameters.
  • Coordinating the delivery process to provide timely deployment of projects.
  • Drive complex projects and programs to achieve targeted and measured business goals and key objectives.
  • Coordinate and schedule resources across multiple organizations to align project requirements with business goals and objectives.
  • Identify, monitor, report and escalate project-related issues to achieve timely resolution.
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans to mitigate impact to project schedules and overall business objectives.
  • Utilize project tracking tools and systems to accurately document milestones completions, project issues, corrective action plans, project jeopardies, and overall project completions.
  • Demonstrate professionalism by responding to e-mails promptly, actively participating in meetings, ability to explain issues clearly, providing updates, maintaining records, working with other departments, and understanding the impact of their job to the overall business.

Candidate will need to have:
  • BS/BA in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics or 5 or more years of work experience.
  • Experience in the wireless telecom industry.
  • Excellent verbal, written, analytical and communication skills.

  • Must be well organized and able to work under time pressure.
  • Ability to work independently with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong technical and project management knowledge.
  • Strong project planning and time management.
  • Knowledge and experience with the full suite of Google Workspace, including data analytical features such as PivotTable and VLOOKUP.
Even better if candidates have one or more of the following:
  • BS/BA in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics.
  • Transport knowledge
  • Ability to manage changing priorities, competing priorities, and situations in which guidelines can change.
  • Experience on tools such as : Fuze, Tableau, Sev One, CND
  • Engineering, Planning, and/or Operations knowledge of 5G Wireless Networks.
  • Knowledge of HUB, CRAN & DRAN architecture.
  • Power, Space and Cooling knowledge.
  • VCP Orchestration Experience.
  • Bandwidth upgrade experience.
  • Microwave installs and decom experience
  • Samsung RAN equipment Knowledge.
  • CIQ Knowledge.
  • IP Assignment and Troubleshooting Experience
  • NNI upgrades
Pay Range: $60hr - $65hr on w2

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
