Full Job Description
* The Project Manager is accountable for the successful delivery of all projects under their supervision. In working on large-sized technology-related projects which have high complexity and/or high business risk and in collaboration with the project team, perform the following

* Plan, implement and oversee execution of all projects to which they are assigned to deliver intended business outcomes which add value to the business, are on time, within scope and within budget according to agreed to business priorities.

* Facilitate appropriate tradeoffs with project sponsors, executives and teams to mitigate or address any project issues or risks related to scope, schedule, quality or resources throughout the lifecycle of a project while simultaneously identifying project resources needed throughout the project and working with resource owners to secure those resources.

* Lead efforts to train/mentor other Colleagues on project management methodologies, and System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) best practices and in execution of Resource Management & Capacity Planning practices.
