Employees impacted by the closure will be eligible for severance benefits in accordance with the Teva policy in effect at that time.*This position is responsible for providing project management leadership and coordination for cross-functional initiatives supporting the SLC East closure, including product pruning/discontinuations, marketed product changes, decommissioning, and supply continuity activities. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining integrated project plans, managing timelines, risks, resources, and stakeholder communications to ensure projects are executed in compliance with quality, regulatory, financial, and business requirements. Additionally, this position serves as a key liaison among internal teams, receiving sites, and external partners to support successful project execution, business continuity, and site closure objectives.

- Responsible for leading and coordinating cross-functional project teams to ensure alignment, accountability, timely decision-making, and successful project execution.
- Responsible for managing project scope, schedules, deliverables, dependencies, resources, budgets, quality requirements, and closure readiness activities.
- Responsible for identifying, assessing, communicating, and mitigating project risks related to supply, quality, regulatory compliance, validation, inventory, cost, and project timelines.
- Responsible for, discontinuations, and site closeout activities - tracking decommission activities, facilitating meetings, etc .
- Responsible for facilitating project meetings; documenting decisions, action items, owners, timelines, and ensuring activities are completed through closure.
- Responsible for maintaining project schedules, tracking tools, databases, and reporting systems to ensure accurate project status, metrics, and documentation.
- Responsible for preparing and presenting project status reports, KPI metrics, risk assessments, and governance updates to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Responsible for supporting operational reviews, portfolio planning, closure readiness reviews, and annual operating planning activities through data analysis, forecasting, and project recommendations.
- Responsible for completing training requirements and maintaining compliance with all assignments.
- Responsible for maintaining work areas and performing job functions in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP's), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and Batch Record instructions.

Your Skills and ExperienceAny equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered.
Education/Certification/Experience:- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Science based field, or equivalent combination of education and related experience
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant progressive experience within pharmaceutical manufacturing working with multiple stakeholders and functions such as Supply Chain, Operations, Material Management, Quality, Regulatory and/or Planning.
- Experience with product transfers, product lifecycle management, discontinuations, or site closure/portfolio optimization preferred.
Also Good to HaveSkills/Knowledge/Abilities:- Computer proficiency with of MS Office products, Learning Management Systems (LMS), ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle and manufacturing/quality systems such as LIMS, Glorya and Veeva, preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and reporting requirements.
- Ability to motivate, influence and lead others with and/or without direct supervisory authority.
- Ability to positively manage conflict, provide difficult feedback and negotiate resolution.
- Ability to communicate effectively with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to interact positively and collaborate with co-workers, management and other internal stakeholders.
- Detail oriented with ability to analyze information, create metrics and articulate the.
- Project management and advanced presentation skills preferred.
