Job Description: - The HRIS Team is responsible for strategy and implementation of employee and manager systems solutions across Client globally.
Responsibilities: - Manage project milestones and provide updates to key stakeholders
- Develop and maintain project schedules and calendars with the input and assistance of transition leads
- Facilitate team meetings, providing meeting minutes and action items where needed
- Build strong communication channels with internal stakeholders in various departments: Human Resources, Professional Services, IT Operations, Development teams, Release
Management, Networking: - Track tasks assigned to the project team and prepare regular status reports
- Responsible for tracking project changes and producing updated schedules
- Gather and report performance measurement of ongoing progress.
- Ensure smooth communication within the project team and other crossfunctional teams
- Interface with internal/external stakeholders on a regular basis
- Ability to understand the business need and overall strategy and independently research and respond with the best technology solution
- Provide technical support affecting end users for our document management application
Must Have Skills (Most Important): - Project Management Experience
- Ability to manage project plans and testing plans
- Ability to provide technical support and work with end users
- Ability to write requirements as needed
Desired Skills: - Selfstarter able to work independently with limited direction.
- Solve problems and deliver solutions while maintaining communication across interested parties.
- Be able to gather requirements, prioritize issues across complex business processes, troubleshoot, identify solutions, work with IT to resolve issues, arrange testing plans, and manage releases.
Education/Certifications: - A Bachelor's Degree or three or more years of work experience
Note: - Targeted Years of Experience: 3 to 5 years
- 3 in office days/week
Pay Range: $60hr - $65hr on w2
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
