Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, with 6+ years of relevant experience or equivalent experience.
• Technical degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering preferred, along with supply chain experience.
• Proven expertise in program management principles and ability to coordinate complex projects effectively.
• Basic understanding of supplier management, supply chain practices, and relevant regulations.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills to innovate and guide project phases within a team environment.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills; proven ability to engage effectively with all organizational levels.
• Must maintain confidentiality and possess a willingness to obtain a Secret DoD clearance.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate supplier activities and assess project performance with minimal supervision.
• Develop and monitor compliance policies and procedures related to supplier performance.
• Conduct site visits to assess supplier logistics and performance, requiring moderate travel.
• Act as primary liaison between internal teams and external suppliers to facilitate communication and collaboration.
• Lead the organization and execution of material status meetings, ensuring effective follow-up on action items.
• Provide direction, training, and presentations to staff and stakeholders as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate meetings and develop supplier management strategies.
