Responsibilities- Serve as an on-site project manager with total responsibility for specific work packages as assigned from design, procurement and construction phases
- Manage occupied building renovation projects with emphasis on replacement mechanical and electrical systems
- Deliver all aspects of project management as an owner's representative including quality assurance, change order management, issue resolution, coordination, project controls, and reporting
- Work independently, but keep all project stakeholders informed and updated through effective and timely communication
Qualifications- A minimum 8 years of relevant project management experience
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or civil engineering required
- Experience on HVAC systems work preferred
- Experience managing projects $75M+ preferred
- Experience with CM at Risk delivery method
- Professional registration as a PE, CCM, or PMP preferred
- Must be available to work full time onsite in Washington, DC
- Strong communication skills and an ability to coordinate between the contractor(s) and multiple client teams
The salary range for this position is $125,000 - $140,000. The salary offered will be based on the applicant's qualifications, education, experience and work location.
