Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of project management experience on projects valued at approximately $500 million.
• Previous experience in power generation, specifically combined cycle gas turbine (CCGT) or simple cycle (CT) projects essential.
• Experience in Owner's Engineer roles and project management oversight required.
• Proficient in cost and schedule control methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are necessary.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a similar field is required.
• Experience in petrochemical or large-scale industrial projects may be advantageous.
• Willingness to travel to various project sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide Owner's Engineer support across a portfolio of 5 combined cycle projects.
• Oversee project execution in Gaines County, TX.
• Coordinate between the Owner and EPC contractor effectively.
• Lead project management and construction management activities including cost controls and schedule reporting.
• Conduct engineering design reviews and technical evaluations.
• Manage change control processes along with risk identification and mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular performance reporting on projects, including risks and milestones.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
