Your Role
The Project Manager, Growth & Transformation is responsible for leading cross-functional projects that support strategic business priorities, operational excellence, and organizational growth. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, this role drives projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment, clear communication, and successful execution. The successful candidate will identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance collaboration, and deliver solutions that create meaningful business impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects from initiation through completion, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, remove barriers, and achieve project objectives.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and quality standards to ensure successful outcomes.
- Prepare project documentation, status reports, executive summaries, and governance materials to support informed decision-making.
- Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, project documentation, templates, and collaboration tools.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, streamline processes, and promote operational excellence.
- Analyze project performance, resolve issues proactively, and recommend solutions to support continuous improvement.
- Foster strong communication and collaboration across corporate functions while promoting accountability and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Project Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of five (5) years of project management experience, preferably leading cross-functional initiatives in a corporate environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including Project, Teams, Planner, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Experience with project reporting, process improvement, and organizational change initiatives.
- Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, or equivalent) is considered an asset.
- Experience with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies is an asset.

Approximate Base Salary Range for Role: $72,158 -$103,993 CAD.
Base Salary pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire base salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Annual bonus opportunities are in addition to base salary.
