SUMMARY

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all phases of project delivery, from preconstruction through completion, while ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule objectives are consistently met. This position offers the chance to lead some of our most ambitious and challenging projects, backed by a collaborative and forward-thinking project team.

PRIMARY SCOPE OF ROLE
  • Ability for complete oversight of a heavy civil major project, for all scopes, with strong knowledge on all scopes
  • Ability to express ideas and strategies technically in both verbal and written forms
  • Ability to collaborate senior leaders (PM/Super/Estimator and the like), within a professional and sensitive manner
  • Ability to manage procurement processes from preconstruction to execution phases
  • Experience in collaborative delivery models an asset
  • High financial acumen, with full P&L responsibility for their assigned Projects
  • Strong understanding of H&S requirements under OHSA
  • Strong understanding of quality requirements consistent with the OPSS
  • Ability to plan all project scopes under the individuals' responsibilities, speaking with knowledge on their scopes
  • Ability to manage a design build process

WHAT WE OFFER
  • Expected Base Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year. The actual base salary will depend on several factors including experience, qualifications, internal equity, work location and market expectations.
