The Opportunity

You're a strategic and collaborative project management professional with a passion for delivering enterprise-wide initiatives and ensuring business adoption for a lasting impact. As a Project Manager at WSP, you'll lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive organizational change and operational excellence. You'll work closely with Program Management Office and business partners and functional leads to enable execution and adoption of the transformation roadmap.

Your Impact

Strategic Project Delivery
Lead the planning and execution of high-impact, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across corporate functions such as HR, Legal, Procurement, Marketing & Communications, and Finance. Ensure alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with functional leads and business and technology stakeholders to align on project objectives, confirm scope and success metrics. Foster collaboration across matrixed teams to drive accountability and shared ownership.

Organizational Design and Change Enablement
Enable stakeholder adoption and ensure solutions are embedded into day-to-day operations to realize intended business benefits.

Governance and Reporting
Establish and maintain governance structures, reporting frameworks, and communication plans that support transparency and informed decision-making. Prepare updates and support steering committee discussions.

Risk and Issue Management
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues. Proactively escalate challenges and recommend solutions to maintain momentum and delivery confidence.

Tool and Process Optimization
Leverage tools such as Smartsheet, SharePoint, and PowerPoint to manage project plans, track deliverables, and communicate progress. Continuously seek opportunities to improve project delivery processes and tools.

The skills that set you apart

7+ years of experience managing complex, multi-functional projects in financial services, engineering, or public sector environments..

Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-functional projects with a strategic lens and a focus on measurable outcomes.

Skilled in building trust and alignment across diverse stakeholder groups, including senior leadership, functional leads, and delivery teams.

Experience in assessing stakeholder impact and enabling adoption, with familiarity in ADKAR, Prosci, Lean Change frameworks or similar.

Adept at embedding governance structures and reporting mechanisms that drive accountability and transparency.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, compelling narratives.

PMP certification required; Agile Certified Practitioner is an asset. Proficiency in Smartsheet, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.

Compensation

BC, AB, SK, NWT & NU: $122,900 - $162,800
MB & ON: $112,100 - $154,400
Atlantic Provinces & QC: $111,00 - $147,400
