Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field; higher degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in customer relationship management and project management, especially with generators.
• Proficient knowledge of design, installation, and operational complexities related to generators and auxiliary systems.
• Ability to gain unescorted access to nuclear power plants is required.
• PMI or IPMA Certification preferred; must complete IPMA certification within three years.
• Legally authorized for employment in the U.S. without employer-sponsored work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee cradle-to-grave project management for engineering and manufacturing.
• Serve as the main liaison between external customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure effective communication for project updates and deliverable reviews.
• Maintain project financials and manage contract issues and change orders.
• Develop quality and risk management plans for projects.
• Implement safety directives to ensure zero-harm project performance.
