WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: The Technical Part:- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in Project Management within the Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical or related regulated industry.
- Bilingual: Spanish and English

- Construction and installation of Purified Water Systems (PWS).
- Development and management of project schedules using MS Project.
- Construction projects, including utilities rooms and equipment support areas.
- Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q) activities.
- Regulatory and quality requirements within regulated industries

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)- Develop and execute project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies for purified water system projects.
- Lead the construction and installation of new purified water systems and related infrastructure.
- Coordinate the construction of utility rooms and building modifications required to house new equipment and systems.
- Manage contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Oversee Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q) activities and ensure successful execution.
- Monitor project progress using MS Project and provide status updates to stakeholders.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans to minimize impact on scope, schedule, and budget.
- Ensure compliance with applicable quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate communication among engineering, operations, quality, validation, and leadership teams.
- Ensure proper project closeout, including documentation, lessons learned, and stakeholder approvals.
