Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Electrical Power preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in project management for electrical maintenance or switchgear commissioning.
• Familiarity with electrical testing software like Doble and Power DB preferred.
• NETA Certification is a plus but not mandatory.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and general PC skills required.
• Relevant safety training such as OSHA 30 hour and CPR preferred, with training provided.
• Commitment to adhering to safety procedures in electrical environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical services jobs involving the inspection, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical systems up to 500kV.
• Spend at least 50% of the time working in the field on various job sites.
• Engage in pre-planning and collaborate with sales on job estimates and quotes.
• Assign specific job tasks to crew members ensuring efficient workflow.
• Communicate job progress and updates directly with customers and attend relevant meetings.
• Identify opportunities to expand project scope and present them to customers and Account Managers.
• Monitor job budgets by reviewing job time and material expenses for each technician.
